We Want to Give Somebody to Tickets to Paradise (AURA-style!)

If you are a fan of the funk, uncut funk, the bomb, then you already know that the seventh annual AURA Music & Arts Festival taking place March 3 – 5, 2016 at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park (SOSMP) in Live Oak, Florida, is THE place to be.

AURA Music Group, Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park and MusicFestNews have combined to give away a pair of tickets to this funky, jamtronic, rocking party!

Here is what you need to do:

The lineup for this year’s event is simply mind-blowing. You already know about The Disco Biscuits, ALO, The Main Squeeze, The Heavy Pets’ Tribute to the ‘80s featuring Jennifer Hartswick and Natalie Cressman, Pink Talking Fish, Turkuaz, Tom Hamilton’s American Babies and Bright Light Social Hour.

But the pot has been sweetened, so to speak, with the announcement of more amazing bands, including Thievery Corporation, Grammy Award-winning instrumental jazz fusion band Snarky Puppy, live electronic pioneers the NEW DEAL and Particle, rising jam stars The Werks, Mike Dillon Band and his hardcore freak funk, the debut of NUNCHUCK! (featuring Chuck Jones and Scott Zwang of Dopapod, Mike Dillon, and Craig Brodhead of Turkuaz), Jimkata, Bedside (live band), The Fritz and more.

This festival will also be the last set before Greenhouse Lounge goes on hiatus. Pigeons Playing Ping Pong return to the park, as does Carly Meyers with Roar!. The Heavy Pets side projects will also be playing, and you will hear lots more about Broccoli Samurai, Backup Planet, Displace and more in the next few weeks.

Did we mention 22 silent disco artists, with Bells & Robes, Craig Heneveld, DuBBle James, Telekinetic Walrus (you’ve been warned), Zwang Band & Chewie, and the epic Vlad the Inhaler vs. Matthew Connor.

Get your contest entries in already! And MusicFestNews will see you at AURA!
